I don't understand how some people can be so fake.. it makes me sick.

I'd rather you confront me than put on some fake smile to pretend everything is ok.

But anything regarding my personal life or otherwise, I have the right to be fake too, because it is none of your business. I choose what I want to disclose here and that's all I am saying. But anything work-related, please don't be fake and act so superior. You're just making yourself look bad.
